LuxeMe Aesthetics Cancellation Policy

At LuxeMe Aesthetics, we are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. To ensure efficiency and fairness to all our clients, the following policies are in place:

1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel any treatment appointments. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

2. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment. This policy is in place because late cancellations do not provide us with sufficient time to fill the vacated slot, leading to a loss of revenue and inconvenience to other clients.

3. Rebooking: If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice and wish to reschedule, you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before a new appointment can be booked. The full cost of the new treatment will also apply.

4. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered as a “no-show” and will be charged the full cost of the treatment. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.

5. How to Cancel: To cancel an appointment, please call us at 07542 001 467 or email us at jemma@luxeme.co.uk. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via social media platforms.

6. Emergencies/Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. LuxeMe Aesthetics may make exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 07542 001 467 or jemma@luxeme.co.uk.
